- Fixed a bug where setting a spell list to active on the View page would wipe the build. Uh. At least I caught it pretty quickly, same day lol. It saves a little more aggressively with the new undo changes button to prevent cheating, but it shouldn’t ever save on that page, which caused an issue.
- In spell lists, text size for the details like 1/Life, Charge x10, and other tags like Ball and Strip and Chant is, in general, much larger.
- This one comes with some caveats, pros, and cons, so I want to take a moment to explain!
- Overall, in most cases, text size is bigger and I think much, much easier to read.
- However, to make this possible, text size is adaptive. If a spell and the associated tags are long enough, the tags shrink. That means that some consistency is being sacrificed to make it more readable. I think that’s a worthwhile tradeoff–I have a keen eye for detail and I don’t like when things are not consistent, but I also want the app as comfortable to use as possible.
- The thresholds of character length are also based on if it is on the View or Edit page, and if you have the Schools and other options enabled in View page.
- The way that text positioning is done, this also results in slight difference in text vertical position relative to the name of the spell based on scaled size. I’m not fond of this but do not currently have a workaround, and again, think this is still an overwhelming upgrade overall.
